We are committed to fostering a strong safety culture grounded in Human and Organizational Performance (HOP) principles and a continuous improvement-focused Safety Management System (SMS). By collaborating with those closest to the work, we ensure our safety strategies remain effective and central to our operations.
We are a member of the Electrical Transmission & Distribution Partnership, a collaborative partnership working to reduce fatalities, injuries, and illnesses in the electric line construction industry.
STRINGENT SAFETY REGULATIONS
Alvah Contracting employees actively execute safety values and accident prevention tactics during every job while simultaneously generating innovative, environmentally conscious, and quality-focused work.
Our safety management process includes continuously monitoring, reporting, and addressing key safety performance indicators.
We take an active part in initiatives that include developing "Best Practices" and training programs that reinforce safety and risk management through mandatory training and skill-level improvement programs.
Through our SIF (Significant Injuries and Fatality) program , we identify and perform a root cause investigation for incidents that have the potential to result in a life-altering injury, fatality, or significant impact on the environment. Corrective and preventative actions are developed and communicated to prevent similar occurrences in the future.
